30 Days Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened & Unused Items If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return the products within 30 days after the date of delivery. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the product. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Notes Before you want to return or need replacements, and we will provide a Return Authorization number (RMA) for you.
● Please contact us first at Info@Lindaflors.com. We will arrange the return items as requested. You need to send us a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization.
● We will not be held responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting us before returning the item.
● The returned item should be in a good and new condition. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or used in any way.
● Refund will be issued within 2 or 3 business days after we have received the returned package.
● If you purchased a wrong item, you must inform us within the first 30 days of delivery. You will have to bear the shipping fee and the price difference of the exchanged item. We will not reimburse the shipping fee for the returned item.
● If we mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will resend the correct item as soon as possible and will share the tracking information to you via email. You must inform us within the 30 days of delivery if you received a wrong item. Depending on the type of item, we may request for photos or we may request for the wrong item to be returned. We will reimburse the return shipping fee.
● If your item reaches you as damaged or is not in working condition, please follow the warranty process and contact us at Info@Lindaflors.com for RMA authorization within 7 days from the delivery.
● If you provided the wrong address or undeliverable address, we will try to hold the order but we cannot guarantee the same as we ships out orders as soon as you place it. If the order is returned to us due to wrong or undeliverable address, you will have to bear the shipping fee for the resend item as well as the returned item. If the order is not returned to us due to wrong or undeliverable address and is found missing, we will not be held responsible.
Two Years Repair Warranty It is very easy to return a product. Within 24 months of order placed, buyers can send items back to us for free repair service. In these cases, the buyer will have to pay the shipping fee involved, which means you should pay the shipping fee for us to send them back to you. If the item is broken or damaged and if some components need to be changed, we will charge you for the original value of those components. If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please feel free to contact us at Info@Lindaflors.com, we will issue a replacement within 2 or 3 business days. Please provide us your order number from Lindaflors Store and warranty card as the proof and you can contact us at Info@Lindaflors.com.
